We are now looking for an administrator in waste/VA, street area. About 35 employees work here with streets, roads, outdoor environments, vehicle fleet, water and sewage, and waste management. We work closely together, take shared responsibility, and see clear results from our daily work in the municipality.

RESPONSIBILITIES

As an administrator with us, you will work closely with the daily operations in waste and sludge, with some administrative tasks related to water and sewage. The role is varied and combines system work, communication, and practical coordination. A central part of the assignment is to contribute to the implementation of property-based collection of packaging.

You will work with:

• Information and communication with residents and other stakeholders, both digitally and through personal contacts
• Case management and investigation work in the municipality's customer system EDP Future, for example regarding collection routes, placement areas, and driving lists
• Participation in projects and development work within the waste area
• Compilation of statistics and preparation of materials for follow-up and reporting
• Follow-up of error reports and handling of deviations
• Customer service tasks and ongoing support to the municipality's residents
• Coordination and administration of e-services

QUALIFICATIONS

We are looking for someone with relevant education in administration, environment, VA, or other education deemed equivalent by the employer. You have experience in administrative work, preferably in a service or customer-facing role, and are accustomed to working digitally in various IT and operational systems. You have a very good ability to express yourself in speech and writing in Swedish and hold a B driver's license.

It is an advantage if you have experience from municipal operations, work in waste, VA, or other technical fields, as well as if you have worked with customer service or citizen contacts. Experience with operational systems, such as EDP Future, and familiarity with statistical and reporting work is also considered a plus.

As a person, you are communicative and service-oriented, work in a structured and meticulous manner, and take responsibility for your tasks. You are flexible and enjoy varied work tasks, while also having good collaboration skills and the ability to create and maintain good relationships.
